This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and pakgams governing your use of the platform, your account, all gaming and betting products, payment transactions, and all associated services. Please read it carefully before registering or continuing to use the platform.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use pakgams. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage users are suspended immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Each player may hold only one pakgams account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must keep your credentials confidential.
All transactions on pakgams are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are published in your wallet section.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published alongside each offer. pakgams reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture.
pakgams provides deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered members. Use of these tools is encouraged. The platform cooperates with responsible gaming bodies and international frameworks.
All disputes are subject to pakgams' internal dispute resolution procedure as a first step. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the matter is referred to the competent authority under the applicable international gaming license framework.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
By accessing the pakgams Platform, registering an Account, or using any of the services provided by pakgams, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pakgams Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users regardless of the device used to access the Platform, the geographic location of the User (subject to the Prohibited Jurisdictions provisions in Section 3), and whether the User is accessing the Platform for the first time or is a returning registered Member.
Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. pakgams will notify registered Members of material changes via the registered email address or via a notice posted on the Platform.
The pakgams Platform and all Real Money Games are strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. pakgams enforces mandatory age verification at registration and at key account milestones.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the pakgams Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. pakgams makes no representations that the Platform is legal, accessible, or appropriate in all jurisdictions.
In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pakgams, you must:
To access Real Money Games on pakgams, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the pakgams Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where pakgams identifies duplicate Accounts, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited. Only the original, first-registered Account may be retained at pakgams' sole discretion.
You are required to ensure that all information provided at registration and subsequently maintained on your Account profile is accurate and up to date. Any material change in your personal information must be updated on your Account promptly. pakgams reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
pakgams is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification in accordance with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request from pakgams, including providing copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, OTP codes, and withdrawal PIN. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify pakgams immediately via [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account.
pakgams will never request your password by email, telephone, or any other unsolicited communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pakgams that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
pakgams is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or where you have permitted or facilitated access by a third party.
pakgams accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Retail Cash over-the-counter deposits, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Registered Members may set voluntary deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period before being increased. pakgams also applies platform-wide deposit limits for regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests may only be processed once KYC verification has been successfully completed on your Account. pakgams will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative withdrawal method of equivalent ownership will be used.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the pakgams Wallet section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed on an instant to same-hour basis. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within two business hours during operational hours. pakgams is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider's own processing timelines after funds have been dispatched.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pakgams are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will be weighted accordingly.
pakgams employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: the registration of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; collusion between accounts to satisfy wagering requirements; the use of betting strategies designed to arbitrage bonus terms; and the provision of false information to obtain a bonus. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds forfeited, and the Account may be closed.
pakgams reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications to an active promotion will not retroactively affect wagers already placed in satisfaction of the original promotion terms prior to the modification.
All sports bets placed on the pakgams sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of ambiguity, the decision of pakgams or the relevant game provider shall be final.
All casino games and instant games on pakgams are provided by independently certified third-party game studios. Each game operates pursuant to its own published game rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates, which are accessible within the game interface. pakgams does not modify the underlying game logic of any third-party game.
In the event that a bet is accepted or a game result is recorded as a consequence of a palpable error — including, without limitation, an incorrect price, an incorrectly offered market, a technical system fault, or a human administrative error — pakgams reserves the right to void the bet or game result and return the staked funds to the User's Account balance. No expectation of profit arising from a palpable error will be honoured.
In the event that a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical failure, disconnection, or system error before the outcome has been determined, pakgams will endeavour to restore the game session to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance. pakgams is not liable for any losses arising from game interruptions caused by the User's own device, internet connection, or power supply.
Users of the pakgams Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:
pakgams reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of the above prohibitions and to take such further action as it deems appropriate, including referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the pakgams Platform, including but not limited to the pakgams brand name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of pakgams or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pakgams.
Game content, including all audio, visual, and software components of casino games and betting interfaces provided by third-party studios, remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders and is subject to their licence terms.
pakgams collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pakgams implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data it processes. All data transmissions between your device and the pakgams Platform are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols.
pakgams will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game studios) strictly for the purpose of providing and operating the Platform services.
pakgams is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all its Members. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible from within every authenticated Account, including:
Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and irrevocably for the duration of the selected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, pakgams will not send promotional communications to the excluded Member and will endeavour to prevent access to Real Money Games on the Platform. It remains the Member's responsibility to ensure they do not seek to circumvent a self-exclusion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgams, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit pakgams' liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may close your pakgams Account at any time by contacting the pakgams support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and your remaining Account balance (excluding non-eligible Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
pakgams reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed by pakgams for cause, any Account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, remaining eligible balances will be returned to the Account holder.
pakgams reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. For material changes, pakgams will notify registered Members via their registered email address or via an in-Platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.1.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license framework under which pakgams operates. pakgams makes no representation that the Platform or these Terms are governed by Pakistani domestic law.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the pakgams Platform, you must first submit your complaint to the pakgams support team in writing to [email protected]. pakgams will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under the applicable international gaming license framework. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from the pakgams support team upon request.
